Check Your Zoom Technology Prior to Participating!

Important Information for Zoom Workshops

In an effort to make the workshops seemless, please make sure that you are familiar with Zoom technology. It is the participants’ responsibility to ensure that their computer, speakers and microphone are working correctly before the start of the workshop. 

Zoom Rooms will be open 15 minutes prior to the start of the workshop. Technology issues may be cleared up during that time. However, if technology issue continues past the start time, the participant may be removed from the workshop. This is to be fair to the other participants in the room. A recording will be available of all workshops afterwards if you are having trouble with your technology.

How to Attend Zoom Workshops

Zoom Room workshops should be attended via computer. Participants who call into the workshops and do not have computer access will not get the quality experience and/or visual information presented in the workshop. Accessing the workshop via phone only may result in a less than adequate experience.

If you are experiencing technical difficulties during the start of the workshop, you may be removed from the room and asked to watch the recording.
